Delivery and pickup charges
$1.00 per km. Per Truckload (1/2 - 1 ton). $1.50 per Km, Truck and trailer. (1/2 - 1 Ton) $40.00 minimum charge.Larger trucks and tractor-trailer will be quoted as per request. $40.00 minimum charge.
Travel distances determined by Map Quest from Rent eh Tent Canada mailing address to yours.
In the greater Edmonton area contract pricing is standard.
Anchoring or weighting down tents.
Holes for anchoring into concrete require "concrete anchors" Cost is $5.00 per anchor including install and removal of anchor. Hole repair is extra. See plugging spike holes.Spikes are generally used for securing down tents. Weights are used when staking in not allowed. Weights are limited to tents no larger then 30'X30'
Additional charges are billed for the use of weights to cover delivery and set-up costs.
Plugging spike holes
We don't fill holds made in grass or gravel. Holes made in asphalt or concrete can be filled at a cost of $2.50 per hole.Price Discounts
Who qualifies:1) Not for profit groups and charitable organizations. Donations.
Rent eh Tent Canada ltd will make a donation of up to 10% of the final rental amount of the cost of tent rentals rented from Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd.
2) Companies requiring multiple rentals during a calendar year. Points.
Rent eh Tent Canada extends point to companies based on dollars spent on tent rentals during a currant calendar year to be used towards cost discounts of future or your next rental with us.
3) Sponsor ships opportunities are available. Terms to be negotiated per individual circumstances.
Alberta One Call
The renter is responsible for Alberta One Call service for buried utility location.Call 1 800 242-3447. Allow a minimum of one week for this service.
*If you wish to have a Rent eh Tent Canada representative take care of Alberta One Call requirements, there is a minimum $75.00 charge.
