Let me start off by saying how amazing the service is from Rent eh Tent. We booked the outfitters tent for a bachelor party camping trip that took place by Rocky Mountain House. Mike was easy to get a hold of with any questions I had about pickup and drop off times and was very friendly. Upon arrival to pick up our tent, everything we needed was ready to go outside of the building and Mike was there to greet us to go over waiver forms and how to properly set up everything. We had everything loaded up and the papers signed within 20 minutes of arrival and then off we went. The tent itself had detailed instructions on how to assemble the frame and with the help of 6 other guys we had that tent up and staked down within 30 minutes! It looked to be great quality and kept us dry through a rainy night.
After our camping trip was over on Sunday the tent was due Monday however I was able to call Mike and he let me drop off the tent early on the Sunday to save me a trip across the city.
THIS IS WHERE MIKE SAVED US. Somewhere along the drive back I had blown a wheel bearing on my tandem axel trailer and didn't notice until pulling up to Rent eh Tent. We still had to go around 35 kilometres to get back home and had very minimal tools and expertise to change out a wheel hub and bearing. After contemplating whether to take the tire off and limp home with 3 out of 4 tires Mike convinced us to try and get a part from Princess Auto and he would help us fix it. We took the trailer off and drove down to pick up the part just before they closed and thankfully they had just the part we needed. Mike took the lead and had that old destroyed wheel bearing off and the new one installed in under an hour! We cannot thank him enough for helping us out.
